Pokemon Unbound Distortion World Guide
After your heart-pounding conquest against Light of Ruin in Vivill Mansion and your fiery battle with their leader, Aklove, Hoopa appears and is ordered to send you to where Jax is.
You open your eyes, and you are in a different dimension—the Distortion World. Now a new objective will be added and you will have to find your way out of this dark hole.
IMPORTANT: Note that this guide is created around the simple puzzle difficulty settings. Go to your in-game settings and make sure it is set to simple so you can accurately follow this guide.
After saving your game, follow Jax and step on the tiny hole in the middle of the platform you are both standing on and you will be teleported to another island with small floating platforms (rocks) heading east.
Follow Jax east and head south to another series of floating rocks that lead west.
Follow this path and jump on the upside-down platform. Once you arrive on another large slab, step on the tiny hole to teleport. Head down, and you’ll find Jax again.
Jax will warn you about the perils of this world and will leave you on your own to explore and find a way out. From Jax’s location, go east and follow the path as it turns north. Stepping on this button will make more platforms appear to your right.
Take the upside-down platform and go south on the second path.
Now go east until you step on another button that makes a new three-button platform appear.
/imaCross that and head east until you arrive on a winding platform with two buttons to choose from.
You can’t go east with a boulder blocking your way, so head south. Follow this path, and you will arrive at a boulder puzzle.
Distortion World Boulder Puzzle Guide
To solve this puzzle, you need to that when you push them, the boulders move in the same direction simultaneously. If you don’t solve this, you will go around in circles.
Start by pushing the east boulder to the left until there is only one space between the two boulders.
Then go around the other side and push the left boulder to the east until the one on the right is lined up with the button.
Go below the left one and push it upwards to the button. The screen will shake, and that’s your go signal to head northwest of this island.
Back to the Main Path
Now that you’re on the island’s northwest part, step on the little hole and reveal another platform heading west. After crossing a series of small floating rocks, you will arrive on a long island.
Head south, step on a small hole, reveal a platform to your left, cross it, and head upwards. Lastly, go to the large platform with five rocks on it and another teleporter in the middle.
After teleporting, head east until you arrive on a body of water. Surh here and keep heading east through the floating platforms until you arrive at another pond. Use Surf and go down a waterfall.
Keep heading south and you should find Jax. Continue downwards and now you can push the boulder blocking your way from before.
From here, you can step on the last teleporter to be taken to Giratina. Keep heading north with Jax to fight the master of the Distortion World.
Giratina is Level 70, so you better get your team ready beforehand. Too bad we can’t catch this Legendary.
After beating Giratina, it will open a portal that leads to our world. Leap into it to get out of the Distortion World and arrive in Rift Cave.
