Before we get to our list of Pokemon that evolve by stones, you have to know what they are. These Stones harness the element of certain Pokemon types.
In the games, they are just items used to evolve certain Pokemon.
Using them is very easy and requires no complex method. You have to make sure that the Pokemon will evolve from the Stone.
Then again, nothing will happen if they don’t. The Stone won’t be lost anyway, nor will it be used.

How to Obtain Evolution Stones?
There are numerous ways to obtain these stones. There are 10 of them currently, and not all the games have ten since the early ones didn’t have the others.
- They can be found in some areas like regular items.
- They can be bought in special Poke Marts like the Malls and others.
- They can be obtained as rewards from NPCs.
- They can be obtained as rewards from Events.
- They can be obtained as rewards from Mystery Gifts.

- Cetoddle – Evolves into Cetitan via Ice Stone
