As far as Pokemon Renegade Platinum is a great addition to the list. Renegade Platinum is a hack that improves the original Platinum.
Basically, it’s the same game but has some nice fixes and additions. Additionally, you can use our working Pokemon Renegade Platinum cheats when you play the game to spice up your game.
Since Renegade Platinum is based on Pokemon Platinum, we use Pokemon Platinum cheats as the base for this list of cheats.
Input these cheats as Action Replay codes. However, when removing cheats, make sure they are fully deactivated, as they often remain active if not properly removed. In many cases, restarting the game may be needed to disable the cheat’s effect fully or in some emulators, deleting the cheat file is needed.
Many of these cheats require specific button combinations to activate, and we’ll clearly explain which buttons to press for each cheat.

Pokemon-Related Codes
Wild Pokemon Modifier
The Pokemon Modifier process involves you getting the Poketch App using the Calculator. Once you have access to the Calculator, you just follow the steps below and you can modify the Pokemon that you encounter.
- Step 1.You need to open your Calculator on your Poketch (If you don’t have the Poketch yet, then you can’t use the Wild Pokemon Modifier Code)
- Step 2. On the Calculator, press the specific Pokemon National Pokedex Number that you want to encounter. Let’s say Charizard’s National Pokedex Number is 006 so press 6 on the calculator.
- Step 3. Press the L button based on your configuration.
- Step 4. Now press the C on the calculator which will clear the screen thus removing the 6.
- Step 5. The next thing to do is input the number of the level you want the Pokemon to have. the levels are only from 1 to 100.
- Step 6. Press R this time after you input the level.
- Step 7. Press C on the Calculator again to clear the level number.
- Step 8. The last part is to input the number of the desired Nature that you want the Wild Pokemon to have which is from 0 to 24. (The Nature List is provided below)
- Step 9. Press Select this time to finish.
- Step 10. Finally, hit the C on the calculator one last time.
- Step 11. Now, just find a wild encounter to fight your modified Wild Pokemon.
It is also important to note that this cheat is also somewhat a Wild Pokemon level and Nature modifier. One important thing to note is that some of the codes for specific Pokemon may not cause the Pokemon to appear.
This usually happens for Legendary Pokemon so you can just RUN from the battle if the Pokemon isn’t appearing.

How to use: Input the code, go to your Trainer card, and press R+A to activate it.

This code will allow you to duplicate Pokemon that you have on your PC. Just follow the steps to make it happen.

- Step 1. The Pokemon has to be in the PC first.
- Step 2. Go to the Pokemon PC and select MOVE POKEMON.
- Step 3. Go to the Box where the Pokemon you want to duplicate is.
- Step 4. Select the Pokemon and make sure that the cursor is over on the MOVE option.
- Step 5. Press Select+Start+A or you could hold Select and Start first and then press A.
- Step 6. If you did all of that properly, the Pokemon should be held by your hand.
- Step 7. Now, press L+R at the same time.
- Step 8. If you do that right, the screen will move to the left or right box, which doesn’t really matter which one.
- Step 9. Go back to the Box where the Pokemon originally was.
- Step 10. If everything was done properly, you would have the original Pokemon still in the box and the one you had on your had is the duplicate.
- Step 11. Just place the duplicate anywhere and you’re done.
There really isn’t a proven glitch for this to happen. You can still place the same duplicates in the same box and nothing bad will happen.
Teach Pokemon any TM/HM
Use the code and you can teach your Pokemon any TM even if they cannot learn it by default.

These are very helpful, but when I use the Item cheat, additional slots are made, such as blank slots with item amount numbers, and when you get to that, the game freezes. Luckily, before activating item related cheats, I save. And if I don’t go to them, it doesn’t crash. Is that supposed to happen or is there a different combination that prevents it?

The max items code ends at Choice Band with blank spots with amounts under it. If you go to select choice band the game completely freezes. No access to Rhydon/Electabuzz/Magmar/Porygon2 evolution items

I’m playing on Drastic, and when I enter the rare candy code, nothing happens :c, and Drastic’s cheat database doesn’t let me add it.

This is the first time I’m hearing about the issue, but I guess it could be a side effect of using the cheat. Try turning off the cheat, save your game progress (using the in-game save feature), exit the emulator, and then reopen it. This should clear any changes made in the emulator and hopefully return everything to normal. Give it a try.

For the Shiny Code, you have to go to your trainer card and when on that, you use R+A to activate and L+A to deactivate. I’d recommend changing that

most of these cheats have worked pretty well for me, except one is giving me trouble. the ‘Wild Pokemon Modifier cheat.
