The hack has a lot of improvements and a ton of features to boot.
The main hook here is that you can swap your file to FireRed from LeafGreen and vice versa, prompting you to get all Pokemon in the games and have a very distinct experience.

Why a Lot of Cheats Won’t Work
The creator of the hack has notably said that this is not a binary hack. Simply put, regular cheats will not work, as we have also tested. Yet, we believe that there’s still a way to uncover the cheat codes for this game, so stay tuned for further updates.
The creator said that the hack could be cheated using the PKHex program. He issued a warning to be careful when cheating with the items through PKHex, as using it may corrupt the file.
Feel free to check if the cheats work on PKHex, but we’ve gathered some cheats for this hack.
Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen+ Cheats: Item Modifiers (All Code Breaker)
Despite the warning when it comes to using PKHex for item modification, the regular item modifier cheats do work.
WARNING
We’ve tested the Item Modifier cheats, and they seem to work. However, we cannot whether the cheats will ruin or corrupt the file.
Nevertheless, they appear in the Item PC and can be withdrawn. They also function normally, so there might be no issues with the cheats in general.
Our list also includes a list of cheats that allow you to buy modified items on the Poke Mart. The first item for sale will be replaced with the cheat that you used.
It’s up to you to decide whether to do this, as the items will cost something except for the Master Balls. However, it’s a cheat that is available and works, so you can check it out.
