What Is a Move Tutor?
A Move Tutor is an NPC that teaches a Pokemon a move that they are compatible with.
The move can only be taught once, so once you use the NPC’s services, you can no longer have another Pokemon learn it.
Only specific Pokemon can learn the move. Finally, the services are free as long as you find where the Tutor is.
